Become the elite scorer your team needs with Getting Buckets Beyond Your Limits. This 12 week workout will turn you into a dominant scorer and give you confidence and comfortability in your scoring ability and options on the court. We will breakdown the basics of finishing and help correct bad habits. The focus is scoring in any situation you may find yourself in. We'll work on shooting, mid post moves, scoring from the wing, 3 point shooting, post moves, and finishing around the basket. Each workout is based on made shots so how long it takes you to finish is up to you but typically takes around 1 hour. All you need is a basketball goal and a ball. No special equipment needed. By the end of this workout you will be shooting floaters, hitting step back jumpers, euro steps, and pro hops all with confidence. And the best part is the workout test every week so you can track your improvement along the way.
